Delivery Information.

1. We endeavour to process orders received by 15:00 Monday-Friday for same day dispatch

2. "Standard" delivery is a courier service and is dispatched using a track-able next day service.
    * Please note we cannot be held liable for any delay's once the goods are dispatched *

3. A delivery charge of £7.50 is payable on all online orders below £100.00 ex vat

4. Delivery is free to mainland UK addresses (excluding scottish highlands) for orders over £100.00 ex vat (This offer does Not include Easymount Models)

5. If your order is time sensitive we also offer a "By 10" and "By 12" service, please contact us for details.

6. Non mainland UK orders can take 3 - 5 days for delivery.

7. Large / Bulk orders - We may not be able to offer our standard delivery options. We will call you if the size of your order comes into this category and discuss the options with you.

8. We will of course work with you to resolve any delivery issues that occur.

9. Terms and Conditions apply to all orders.

10. Intervening holidays such as Good Friday, Easter Monday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Day and public bank holidays may affect delivery times.

Changed Your Mind?

If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, then you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 14 days of receipt.
The item must not be used and must be "as new" when returned to us. Once you've informed us that you wish to return goods, you have 14 calendar days to do so, at your own expense. Once the item is received by us, we'll issue a full refund for the product to your original payment method, subject to a restocking charge of 20%.
